Senior Paraplanner – Remote, up to £50k

About the role

We are partnering with a modern, technology‑driven financial planning firm seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner. The role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while supporting advisers on complex client cases and shaping technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed, compliant suitability reports for a wide range of financial planning scenarios.
• Conduct technical research and analysis across pensions, investments, tax planning and protection.
• Support advisers with complex cases and ensure recommendations meet FCA and internal compliance standards.
• Review and refine paraplanning processes, templates and technical documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior paraplanners, fostering continuous improvement within the team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a senior or highly technical paraplanning role.
• Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) is essential.
• Strong analytical attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
