Senior Paraplanner – Technical Planning (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join a forward‑thinking wealth management firm serving high‑net‑worth clients. The role offers a hybrid working model and a competitive salary package.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research and analysis across pensions, investments, tax planning, protection and estate planning.
• Prepare high‑quality suitability reports in line with regulatory and internal standards.
• Interpret fact‑finds, risk profiles and financial data to develop comprehensive planning strategies.
• Liaise with product providers and internal stakeholders to gather accurate information.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, legislative changes and technical knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience as a Paraplanner within wealth management or financial planning.
• Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS or equivalent); working towards chartered status is desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax and estate planning.
• Excellent written communication and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial planning software.
