Senior Part-Time Sales Assistant – 16 hrs/week

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales Assistant to join our Netherton store on a 16‑hour per week basis. This part‑time position offers a blend of customer‑facing duties and leadership responsibilities, ensuring smooth store operations and excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Support and motivate the sales team to achieve daily targets.
• Deliver high‑standard customer service and resolve enquiries promptly.
• Maintain tidy, well‑stocked shelves and overall store presentation.
• Assist with stock control, deliveries and inventory checks.
• Act as keyholder, opening and closing the store and covering management absence.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for leading a retail team.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous retail or hospitality leadership experience, preferably with key‑holder duties.
• Capability to multitask and take ownership of supervisory responsibilities.
