Senior Partner Manager

About the role

The Senior Partner Manager will lead a portfolio of service partners for a national facilities‑management contract. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, operational delivery and high‑quality outcomes for customers across the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end supplier relationships, from sourcing and onboarding to performance management and development.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead regular performance reviews, identify risks and implement corrective action plans.
• Support tender processes, supplier evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Provide commercial insight to optimise costs and maximise value.
• Contribute to the design of supplier‑management frameworks, governance and sourcing strategies.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation and efficiency throughout the supply chain.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, commercial or supplier relationship management, preferably within facilities management, construction or a related sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage service‑based supply chains and drive supplier performance.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, supplier governance and negotiation techniques.
• Experience supporting tenders and assessing supplier performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solution‑focused mindset with strong commercial awareness.
