About the role
AVEVA is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead the go‑to‑market strategy for its System Integrator partnerships. Based in London with a hybrid work model, you will shape and execute marketing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate sales growth through strong partner collaborations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end partner marketing relationship, creating and delivering comprehensive marketing plans for system integrators.
- Collaborate across product marketing, demand generation, content, PR, social, sales and regional teams to align messaging and initiatives.
- Develop and manage incentive programs that drive partner performance and market share.
- Set strategic goals, track KPIs such as lead generation and revenue impact, and provide data‑driven insights.
- Communicate progress and results to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in partner, channel or B2B marketing (fintech or SaaS preferred).
- Proven record of planning and executing co‑marketing campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong project‑management abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple fast‑paced projects in a high‑growth environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
