Senior Parts Advisor

About the role

The Senior Parts Advisor will be based at our Totton branch, working Monday‑Friday 7:30 am‑5:30 pm with a half‑hour unpaid lunch and one Saturday shift every third week. This permanent position offers a salary dependent on experience and involves supporting both customers and the workshop team to ensure the parts department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Source, receive and control stock levels to meet workshop and customer demand.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, processing orders, returns and enquiries.
• Manage stock records and support inventory management processes.
• Provide high‑quality service to external customers and internal teams.
• Assist wider workshop operations and uphold departmental standards.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised.
• Previous experience in automotive parts or a similar environment.
• Excellent communication and attention‑to‑detail.
• Positive, team‑focused attitude.
