Senior Pensions Administrator

About the role
We are partnering with a leading UK pensions consultancy to hire an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator. The role will be based in East Croydon and offers flexible hybrid working. You will manage a portfolio of pension scheme clients, primarily Defined Benefit schemes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day administration of a portfolio of pension schemes.
- Process member and scheme events.
- Review work completed by junior pension administrators.
- Produce member communications, letters and reports.
- Support client and trustee meetings when required.
- Participate in ad‑hoc administration projects.
Required profile
- At least 5 years’ experience administering Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes.
- Strong knowledge of pensions legislation and technical processes.
- Experience working within a third‑party administration environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
