Senior Pensions Implementation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Implementation Manager to lead the end‑to‑end onboarding of new pension schemes and innovative propositions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape implementation strategies and ensure seamless transitions from sale to operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of pension scheme implementations, including data, asset and risk transfers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver complex onboarding projects on time and within budget.
• Partner with employers, trustees and advisers to act as a trusted implementation adviser.
• Develop and continuously improve onboarding methodologies and implementation processes.
• Support business development by showcasing the company’s market‑leading implementation approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering pension scheme implementations, transitions or onboarding projects.
• Strong knowledge of pension products, data migration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
