Senior Pensions Project Administrator

About the role

As a Senior Pensions Project Administrator you will lead the planning and execution of pension scheme projects and events, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with Pensions Managers to provide technical expertise and support for client initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and carry out projects and scheme events using Profund Classic, oPen, and other required tools.
• Provide technical support to Pensions Managers on ad‑hoc client projects.
• Assist in pension scheme installations and system configurations.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, highlighting any unexpected issues to the project sponsor.
• Maintain awareness of pension scheme legislation and system requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years recent experience in occupational pension schemes, preferably from a consulting or TPA background.
• Proactive attitude with a proven track record in pensions consulting.
• Enthusiastic and able to work independently within agreed timelines.
• Optional but desirable qualifications: DPC, QPA, or RPC.
