Senior Pensions Projects Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Pensions Projects Coordinator to join our Outsourcing line of business in Redhill. Working hybrid, you will support the delivery of LifeSight projects, ranging from routine BAU tasks to critical client initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to a high quality standard.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with project delivery, gathering requirements, testing and rollout.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Build and maintain technical, procedural, process and client knowledge.
• Produce clear testing evidence for change sign‑off.
• Check and challenge colleagues' work to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Record time accurately according to the LifeSight charging structure.
• Collaborate in a high‑pressure environment and develop key relationships.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, huddles, team meetings and retrospectives.
• Escalate blockers, issues or concerns to Team Leads as needed.
• Provide regular project status updates to the Projects Portfolio Lead.
• Act as a reference point for the LifeSight Administration team on technical issues, non‑standard cases and project queries.

Required profile

• Experience with DC occupational pension schemes or Master Trusts.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to prioritise workloads.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to produce high‑quality test evidence.
• Strong influencing, networking and collaboration skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
• Responsibility for meeting project milestones with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
