Senior Personal Injury Solicitor

About the role

Our client is a long‑established law firm that champions the rights of workers and trade unions. They are seeking a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to lead high‑value claimant matters and contribute to precedent‑setting litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload of moderate to high‑value Personal Injury claims, primarily Employment Law (EL) and Public Law (PL).
• Investigate complex medical issues and apply medical evidence to protect client interests.
• Oversee file finances, including work‑in‑progress, disbursements, billing and meeting financial targets.
• Supervise junior fee earners and support staff, ensuring high standards of client care.

Required profile

• Grade A Solicitor (8+ years PQE) or CILEX with extensive EL/PL and claimant Personal Injury experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Highly IT literate, preferably with experience of Solicitors Case Management Systems.
