Senior Power Platform Developer – Hybrid – £70K

About the role

A leading organisation undergoing a major digital transformation is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer. You will join a collaborative technology team to design, build and deliver enterprise‑wide Microsoft solutions while mentoring junior developers and shaping the technical roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver enterprise Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE.
• Lead technical delivery across multiple projects from design through to deployment.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services, SharePoint and other enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and conduct code reviews for development teams.
• Optimise existing applications and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Model‑Driven Apps.
• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Knowledge of Power Pages, SharePoint and Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions or Service Bus.
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript and Power Platform plugins.
• Experience working in Agile environments and using Azure DevOps.
