Senior Practice Accountant / Manager

About the role
We are partnering with a well‑established accountancy practice in Godalming to find a Senior Practice Accountant / Manager. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, providing high‑quality accounts and tax services to a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review client accounts and tax returns.
- Provide expert advice on accounting, tax and general financial matters.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring service standards are maintained.
- Support audit engagements where required.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries.
Required profile
- ACCA qualification.
- Experience working in a UK accountancy practice.
- Strong tax knowledge, including Ltd companies and sole traders.
- Excellent communication skills.
