Senior Pricing Analyst

About the role

The Senior Pricing Analyst will join a dynamic manufacturing business to shape pricing strategy across B2B markets. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations for the Pricing Director and senior leadership, supporting commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of pricing frameworks, tools and models.
• Leverage digital and AI‑enabled tools to improve data quality, pricing efficiency and process automation.
• Gather, analyse and report competitor pricing benchmarks and market trends.
• Translate market insights into pricing recommendations for the Pricing Director and leadership teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and presentations for cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years proven B2B experience in pricing with a track record of tangible pricing impact.
• Strategic pricing experience in highly competitive markets such as insurance, travel or subscription services.
• Exposure to pricing tools, ERP/CRM systems and data visualisation platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
