As a Civil Engineer within our Water sector, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of UK water infrastructure, transforming abstract ideas into resilient, real-world assets that protect communities and the environment.

Missions principales

• Lead, influence, and shape complex water and wastewater projects from concept through to construction and handover.
• Define technical direction and ensure high-quality design, construction, and operational standards for critical assets.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams (Civil, Process, MEICA, Construction) and manage technical governance, including design reviews and change control.
• Act as a senior technical interface with major clients (e.g., United Utilities, Thames Water, Severn Trent), regulators, and contractors.
• Promote low-carbon solutions through modern construction methods, digital engineering, and BIM/CDE integration.
• Mentor future talent and ensure compliance with CDM best practices and constructability requirements.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in civil engineering, specifically within the water or wastewater sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams in a Detailed Design or Design & Build (D&B) environment.
• Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Commitment to sustainable engineering and digital innovation.
