Senior Private Client Lawyer – Cirencester

About the role

We are partnering with a long‑established Cotswolds law firm to recruit a Senior Private Client Lawyer. The role is hybrid, based in Cirencester, and offers a salary up to £95,000 plus bonus. You will join a collaborative team and help shape the future of the private client department.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on wills, estate planning and trusts for high‑net‑worth families.
• Manage estate administration and lasting powers of attorney.
• Handle Court of Protection matters and succession planning.
• Deal with complex family wealth issues, including multi‑generational assets.
• Work closely with clients who own landed estates, agricultural businesses and commercial enterprises.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the strategic direction of the practice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with extensive experience in private client work.
• Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner‑level background.
• Proven ability to manage high‑value estates and complex wealth structures.
• Strong commercial awareness and a client‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to take ownership of a growing practice and support team development.
