Senior Private Client Solicitor (4+ years PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience to join a modern Legal 500‑ranked firm in North Hampshire. The role offers hybrid working and the flexibility of full‑time or part‑time arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice to high‑net‑worth individuals on wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney.
• Manage complex probate and estate administration matters, including assets abroad.
• Develop and implement tax‑efficient estate and succession plans.
• Represent clients in Court of Protection proceedings.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of private client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years PQE in private client work.
• Experience handling high‑net‑worth clients and cross‑border assets.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work autonomously.
