About the role

We are seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor with at least four years post‑qualification experience to join a modern Legal 500‑ranked firm in North Hampshire. The role involves advising high‑net‑worth individuals on complex estate, tax and probate matters.

Key responsibilities

Provide bespoke advice on wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection cases.
Manage cross‑border assets and large property portfolios for high‑net‑worth clients.
Handle complex probate, estate and tax planning matters.
Oversee trust administration and related documentation.

Required profile

Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in private client work.
Experience dealing with high‑net‑worth individuals and international assets.
Strong understanding of probate, tax, trust and estate law.
