Senior Private Client Solicitor – Private Wealth

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years post‑qualification experience to join our growing Private Wealth team in Reading. The role offers the chance to work on sophisticated, high‑value matters for high‑net‑worth individuals, families and business owners while being part of a supportive, ambitious practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex private wealth matters, including tax and estate planning, trusts and succession, and high‑value estate administration.
• Design and implement cross‑border wealth structures and multi‑jurisdictional estate solutions.
• Handle complex family wealth arrangements and multi‑generational succession planning.
• Collaborate closely with senior colleagues on high‑quality matters while managing your own caseload.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the Private Wealth practice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in private client work.
• Strong technical ability and confidence to advise on complex wealth planning.
• Excellent client care and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
