Senior Procurement Manager – Technology

About the role

Join a leading London market insurance business undergoing transformation, where procurement is becoming a strategic function. As Senior Procurement Manager – Technology you will own the technology spend across a complex, multi‑supplier estate and partner with Technology and Operations teams to shape procurement strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the technology category across a multi‑supplier environment.
• Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, especially within Operations.
• Support a significant outsourcing programme and manage key strategic suppliers.
• Design and implement commercial and supplier models for the technology estate.
• Engage early with stakeholders to influence decisions and deliver measurable value.

Required profile

• Extensive IT procurement experience covering software, infrastructure and services, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to build credible relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong background in contract negotiation and commercial structuring.
• Experience navigating governance, risk and compliance requirements.
