Senior Product Designer - CRO, London
Careers at Eucalyptus · UK - HQ - London
Job description
About the role
Eucalyptus is the parent company of Hims & Hers, a consumer healthcare platform serving millions of patients worldwide. As a Senior Product Designer for Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), you design the acquisition surfaces where people decide to start a treatment, turning complex medical information into clear, human and compliant copy and visuals. The role works closely with growth experts, CRO managers and product partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own the front door: landing pages, their signature conversion components and the templates they sit in, plus conversion-bearing elements such as BMI calculators and interstitial moments in clinical quizzes and consult forms.
- Turn dense medical information into simple, accurate and compliant content, using data visualisation, progressive disclosure and purposeful motion.
- Carry the creative thread from advert through to the landing page and beyond, and partner with the CRO manager on A/B tests, hypotheses and results.
- Write persuasive copy and UX writing, and run your own research and usability testing.
- Work end to end, from problem definition and research through to information architecture, UX writing and composition from the design system.
Required profile
- Typically 5 to 8 years in product design, with a track record of conversion-focused design and A/B testing on acquisition surfaces.
- Able to simplify complex medical information without losing what matters, with empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Clear, opinionated communication and openness to early sharing and constructive critique.
- Portfolio required: work showing a clear story, the outcome measured and the testing behind it; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Required skills
- Strong visual craft: typography, spacing, colour, motion and micro-interactions, including the interstitial illustrations in the quiz and consult flow.
- Accessibility design.
- Systems thinking: building on the design system, owning signature components and templates, and composing page templates.
- Reasoning in conversion rate, cost per acquisition and funnel drop-off.
- Use of LLMs and prototyping tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
What we offer
- Employee options programme.
- Annual development budget plus 3 days of professional development leave.
- Hybrid setup with 3 days a week in the Old Street office.
- Private health insurance through Vitality or a monthly wellness allowance.
- 25 days of holiday, enhanced parental leave and working from anywhere 3 weeks a year.
