Senior Product Designer – Remote Europe

About the role

Pennylane is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the experience of millions of entrepreneurs and accountants across Europe. You will join a fast‑growing fintech that aims to become the leading financial operating system for SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end B2B experiences for accountants and business users.
• Define problem spaces, conduct user research, prototype, and test solutions.
• Collaborate daily with cross‑functional squads of engineers and product managers.
• Maintain design consistency and contribute to the evolution of design standards.
• Help elevate the overall user experience across the Pennylane platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing B2B products, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
• Senior‑level expertise with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote‑first environment.
• Curiosity about user behavior and a data‑driven mindset.
