Senior Product Manager – Engineering Solutions

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will join AVEVA’s Engineering Portfolio team, shaping functional scope and roadmaps for engineering solutions. The role involves close collaboration with customers to capture priorities, drive R&D execution and coordinate product plans across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage portfolio solutions, aligning with business unit priorities.
• Engage with customers to identify value‑add opportunities and improve work processes.
• Drive product development execution, delivering incremental market value.
• Promote and evangelize AVEVA engineering solutions to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Knowledge of Process Plant EPC/OO and/or marine shipbuilding engineering and project execution practices.
• Experience with engineering or project execution software tools, preferably AVEVA.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize customer value in a lean, MVP fashion and measure success.
