Senior Product Manager - Flex

About the role

ENSEK Flex is building a world‑leading energy asset optimisation platform that connects and optimises flexible energy assets such as batteries, EVs and solar systems. As Senior Product Manager for Connections you will own the strategy and roadmap for how devices, tariffs and customers connect to the Flex platform, working closely with Engineering, Data and Commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Connections product strategy and roadmap, driving improvements in connection success, time to connect and device coverage.
• Lead discovery with OEMs, aggregators, suppliers and customers to identify and validate new connectivity opportunities.
• Drive international market readiness by assessing connectivity standards, regulations and localisation requirements.
• Partner with Engineering to develop a scalable API and integration strategy that accelerates onboarding of new devices and partners.
• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding and connectivity experience, ensuring reliable integrations and a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• Significant product management experience leading API, integration, platform or connectivity‑focused products in energy or comparable industries.
• Experience working with connected hardware, IoT ecosystems or device integrations, with a strong understanding of technical and operational challenges.
• Proven ability to shape product strategy across multiple markets, balancing customer needs, regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.
• Strong discovery, stakeholder management and decision‑making skills, with a track record of turning insight into impactful product outcomes.
