Senior Product Manager II – Knowledge Management & AI

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager II to lead the Knowledge Management and AI strategy for LeapSpace, our AI‑assisted research workspace. You will shape how researchers store, retrieve, and build on their personal knowledge while the system continuously learns from their work.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for knowledge management and AI features.
• Collaborate with a dedicated squad to deliver sprint‑by‑sprint enhancements to project spaces.
• Translate researcher needs into concrete product experiences that become more valuable over time.
• Guide the development of the product’s memory, personalization, and document‑reading capabilities.
• Align short‑term deliverables with the long‑term vision of a living, AI‑maintained knowledge base.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in technology or AI‑focused products.
• Strong product judgment and ability to balance strategy with hands‑on delivery.
• Experience working with research‑oriented users or complex knowledge workflows.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional squads in a hybrid work environment.

Required skills

• AI/ML product experience, especially with generative AI.
• Familiarity with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Understanding of agentic workflow concepts.
