Senior Product Manager

About the role

Here at Valpak, the UK’s leading provider of environmental compliance, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role is primarily remote, with quarterly visits to our Stratford‑upon‑Avon office, and focuses on delivering sustainable, waste‑free solutions through our Comply Loop platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of three (Product Owners and a Business Analyst) and drive product vision, roadmap and goals.
• Scope product solutions, define user journeys, user stories and process flows.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize work and oversee development stages.
• Participate in and lead Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and demos.
• Collaborate with engineering, global business development and key customers, acting as a product evangelist.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology environment with a record of delivering complex products.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams and a passion for mentoring others.
• Strong business acumen, problem‑solving ability and customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
• Bachelor, Master or MBA in technology or business; background in circular economy or sustainability is desirable.
