Senior Programme Officer (Assets)

About the role

The Senior Programme Officer (Assets) will support Riverside's regional Asset Management function and work closely with the Head of Rationalisation and Growth. You will help drive effective stock acquisitions, disposals and swaps to meet the Asset Management Strategy and broader organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing asset acquisition and rationalisation programmes across the region.
• Manage stock swaps, disposals and related transactions to optimise the housing portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Oversee contract administration for service and maintenance agreements.
• Monitor progress against strategic objectives and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the building industry, preferably within a customer‑focused asset management team.
• Proven track record of delivering stock rationalisation and acquisition programmes, ideally in the housing sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Effective contract management experience, including service and maintenance contracts.
