Senior Project Architect – High‑Rise Residential & Commercial

About the role

We are looking for a talented, ARB‑registered architect to lead the design and delivery of high‑rise residential and commercial projects in London. You will work from concept through to construction, ensuring the design meets technical, regulatory and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and technical delivery of tall building projects (typically 20+ stories).
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act, London Plan policies and local planning frameworks.
• Develop detailed technical packages, façade detailing and core configurations, integrating lifts, escape stairs and MEP services.
• Coordinate BIM models using Revit, authoring and reviewing complex 3D models with internal teams and external consultants.
• Act as primary contact for clients, planning authorities, contractors and specialist consultants (wind, fire safety, structural).
• Provide on‑site architectural support during construction, reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs and conducting site visits.

Required profile

• ARB‑registered architect (RIBA chartered status highly desirable).
• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience on high‑rise or high‑density projects in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act, fire safety (Part B), acoustics and high‑performance façade systems.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM Level 2 environments.
• Experience with Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and NBS Chorus (preferred).
