Senior Project Architect – North London

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead high‑end private residential projects in North London, working directly with clients, consultants and contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept through to completion across all RIBA stages.
- Manage design development, technical detailing and coordination with consultants.
- Oversee contract administration (JCT) and site supervision.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure project delivery to the highest standards.
Required profile
- 5+ years of UK post‑Part 3 experience in high‑end residential architecture.
- Strong design and technical abilities.
- Experience across all RIBA stages, including contract administration and site work.
- ARB registration (not mandatory).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Vectorworks.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Proficiency in Enscape.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
