Senior Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead the design and delivery of high‑profile Audio Visual (AV) projects for a leading AV integration business. You will manage projects from concept through handover, ensuring they meet quality, time and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery of AV systems from client brief to project handover.
• Validate designs and tender information against client requirements.
• Produce detailed technical documentation – schematics, cable schedules, rack layouts and projection studies using AutoCAD.
• Manage Bills of Materials and coordinate engineering changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site surveys, assess installation constraints and produce site reports.
• Facilitate technical meetings with project managers, procurement teams and internal stakeholders.
• Support project handovers and provide pre‑sales technical assistance when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience delivering AV projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems integration and construction management.
• Engineering or technical degree.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
