Join a world-class leader in defense and aerospace as a Project Engineering Lead within our cutting-edge Electronic Warfare business line. In this strategic role, you will drive the technical excellence and lifecycle management of advanced product ranges, ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability and innovation.

Missions principales

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple sites to ensure technical quality and project success.
• Take full responsibility for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Electronic Warfare product lines.
• Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Act as a key technical liaison between the System Design Authority, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders (IPT Manager, Project Manager, Functional Managers).
• Manage project configuration, change control, and support procurement and manufacturing decision-making processes.
• Capture candidate concepts and conduct trade-off studies to align solutions with the company's long-term roadmap.
• Mentor and coach engineering talent through performance evaluations and goal setting.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in engineering leadership within a complex, high-tech industrial environment.
• Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate activities across different geographical locations.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain positive relationships with high-level clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance technical requirements with budgetary and scheduling constraints.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
