Senior Project Manager – Biopharma Project Management

About the role

eXmoor Pharma is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client programmes across process development and GMP manufacturing. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be the primary interface between clients and internal cross‑functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple process development and manufacturing projects simultaneously, balancing priorities across a complex portfolio.
• Drive end‑to‑end project planning, scheduling, risk management and resource allocation.
• Implement governance and milestone‑tracking frameworks, escalating risks proactively.
• Coordinate activities across QA, QC, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory and development functions.
• Ensure all project activities comply with GMP, regulatory guidelines and internal SOPs.
• Support audits, change controls and deviation management.
• Apply knowledge of process development, manufacturing and regulatory pathways to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in biopharmaceutical project management, preferably within CDMO or similar environments.
• Proven ability to deliver projects that meet quality, regulatory, timeline and budget expectations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior‑level client interaction.
• Experience overseeing GMP‑compliant programmes from initiation to commercial supply.
