Senior Project Manager – Commercial Catering & Hospitality Fit‑Out

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial catering, hospitality and fit‑out projects for top restaurant groups and blue‑chip clients across the UK. You will act as the primary client liaison, overseeing projects from pre‑construction through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from design and pre‑construction to final account and handover.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the delivery phase.
• Deliver Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) fit‑out projects.
• Administer JCT contracts as the main contractor.
• Control programme, budget, quality, health & safety and commercial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior project management experience in commercial catering, hospitality or restaurant fit‑out environments.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver both FOH and BOH projects.
• Commercially aware with excellent client‑facing skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
