Senior Project Manager – Commercial Office Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial office new‑build and refurbishment projects for our London consultancy. The role is office‑based and involves managing projects from feasibility through to completion, working closely with directors, clients, consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Own multiple projects end‑to‑end, developing programmes, budgets and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and administer JCT construction contracts.
• Chair project meetings and act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project risks, monitor progress against RIBA stages 0‑7 and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• Proven consultancy‑side project management experience on commercial office schemes.
• Strong understanding of JCT contracts, procurement, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and deliver within budget.
• Professional qualification such as MRICS or MAPM is desirable but not essential.
