Senior Project Manager – Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial property projects for a well‑established multidisciplinary consultancy in London. You will be the primary client contact, overseeing projects from inception to completion while ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects across all RIBA stages.
• Act as Employer’s Agent / Project Manager where required.
• Lead consultant and design teams.
• Control programme, procurement, risk, and cost.
• Oversee contract administration and commercial performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Chartered MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM (essential).
• Background in construction consultancy or client‑side project management.
• Proven experience delivering commercial real‑estate projects.
• Comfortable in front‑facing client environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on complex schemes.
