Senior Project Manager – Complex Business & Technology Change

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead some of the most complex business and technology change programmes within a London‑based housing association. The role will shape, deliver and embed transformation initiatives that fundamentally change how the organisation operates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end business and technology change projects of high complexity.
• Lead matrix project teams, suppliers and stakeholders to successful outcomes.
• Own project governance, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Drive business readiness, ensuring change is adopted and embedded.
• Provide assurance and clear direction to senior stakeholders throughout delivery.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering complex, end‑to‑end change projects.
• Background in business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage matrix teams across complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management from operational teams to executive leadership.
• Calm, credible approach with strong influencing and problem‑solving skills.
