Senior Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial development projects from initial feasibility through to successful completion. Working within a collaborative, people‑first consultancy, you will engage with a diverse portfolio that includes offices, life sciences, mixed‑use schemes and large‑scale regeneration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to handover, ensuring delivery on programme, budget and quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across building, planning, cost and specialist services.
• Oversee programme planning, risk management, procurement and contract administration.
• Monitor project performance, prepare reports and control budgets.
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest professional standards.

Required profile

• MRICS, MCIOB or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects within a consultancy environment.
• Track record of managing projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Collaborative approach with confidence to lead project teams.
• Willingness to travel between London and regional project locations as required.
