Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Project Manager to lead high‑profile construction schemes across London. You will own the delivery of complex cut‑and‑carve, commercial and luxury refurbishment projects, reporting directly to the board.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects ranging from £30m to £60m, from inception to handover.
• Coordinate design, engineering and construction teams to meet demanding quality and schedule targets.
• Maintain commercial oversight, including budgeting, cost control and client liaison.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance on site.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of a high‑performing project team.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale commercial or residential construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work with discerning clients, architects and consultants.
• Strong leadership mindset with ambition to progress into senior business leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
