Senior Project Manager – Insurance (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a global insurance business’s change function in London. You will lead high‑impact projects across a global portfolio, working closely with senior stakeholders in underwriting, claims, finance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of business and transformation projects, ensuring they meet time, budget and quality targets.
• Define project scope, create and maintain detailed project plans, and coordinate resources across multiple workstreams.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and keep clear communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to align project outcomes with business objectives.
• Interact regularly with external partners and third‑party providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale change or transformation projects within the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of the Lloyd’s market and specialty insurance products.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Experience working across multiple regions or product lines is advantageous.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
