Senior Project Manager

About the role

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Energy unit within the Nuclear, Defence and Civil division. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, highly regulated nuclear projects safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an effective integrated project team.
• Develop and execute strategies and plans to meet project baselines.
• Lead delivery teams to ensure projects meet scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements while complying with legislation and company procedures.
• Provide accurate and timely project performance updates and reports.
• Communicate clearly with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Identify risks, issues, and potential concerns early and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in infrastructure and regulated environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients.
• Ability to set project execution strategy, mitigate business risks, and deliver on established goals.
• Experience delivering projects in the nuclear sector is essential.
