Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a £30 million façade remediation project in Wembley for a principal contractor’s Facades & Cladding division. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will own a portfolio of projects, act as the primary client contact and drive delivery across site teams and the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver façade remediation, re‑cladding and building envelope projects, starting with a £30 m project in Wembley.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building long‑term relationships.
• Manage health &safety, programme, quality, subcontractor performance and project P&L.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and principal‑contractor health &safety obligations.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Collaborate with internal departments to keep projects on budget and schedule.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems and fire remediation, including rainscreen cladding, render, brickwork and fire barriers.
• Proven track record delivering similar projects as a senior project manager for a principal contractor.
• Solid understanding of CDM Regulations and health &safety at principal‑contractor level.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets and P&L.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence to lead client meetings.
• SMSTS, CSCS (black card or equivalent), valid First Aid certificate and full UK driving licence.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £95,000 – £110,000 per year.
• Initial assignment in Wembley with further projects across London.
