Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at Sagacity, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑value, complex projects and programmes. Working from our London office, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior client sponsors and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects meet time, cost, quality and scope commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery, managing risk, dependencies and outcomes.
• Lead large‑scale projects or programmes, aligning them with client strategy and contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, resources and quality checkpoints.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and performance metrics, escalating issues as needed.
• Serve as the primary contact for senior client sponsors, business leaders and third‑party suppliers.
• Establish robust governance, ensuring compliance with delivery frameworks and assurance processes.
• Prepare and publish weekly and ad‑hoc progress reports highlighting achievements, risks and remediation plans.
• Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Oversee acceptance criteria definition, UAT support and post‑delivery reviews.
• Mentor and support junior Project Managers, promoting best practices.
