Senior Project Manager

About the role

International Logistics Group (ILG) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead internal projects that enhance systems, processes and operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, overseeing projects from initiation to delivery while ensuring they meet time, scope and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Lead internal projects from initiation through to successful completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Establish and maintain robust project plans, governance and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support decision‑making and project approvals.
• Provide clear, accurate and timely updates on project performance and progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working.
• Drive continuous improvement and embed best‑practice project management methodologies.
• Work collaboratively across teams, flexing priorities to meet changing business needs.
• Contribute to the development of a scalable and high‑performing project delivery function.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering projects in a project management role.
