Senior Project Manager – Luxury Hotel Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Design & Projects team in London, leading refurbishment and development programmes across a prestigious luxury hotel portfolio. This client‑side position offers high visibility with senior leadership and the chance to shape long‑term asset investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple refurbishment and development projects from feasibility through to completion.
• Support annual CapEx planning, forecasting and long‑term asset strategy.
• Procure and manage consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, programmes and reporting.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction and handover activities.
• Collaborate with hotel General Managers and Engineering teams to plan future investment.
• Help develop project‑management processes and systems within the growing in‑house team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project‑management experience.
• Proven delivery of hotel, luxury residential or high‑end refurbishment projects.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and procurement.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach and desire to help shape a growing team.
