Senior Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation projects at Venture. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, initiate and manage multiple Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects simultaneously.
• Own the solution delivery strategy from initiation through go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, timelines, budgets, RAID logs and resource plans.
• Coordinate dependencies across Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, Manufacturing and Operations workstreams.
• Lead structured, process‑led implementations aligned with Venture’s methodology.
• Ensure full requirements traceability and manage stage‑gate reviews.
• Maintain delivery artefacts in Azure DevOps and SharePoint.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, sprint planning, testing cycles and deployment activities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing large‑scale ERP or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.
• Strong strategic and process‑oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive governance across complex programmes.
