About the role
This senior project manager role sits at the centre of a major broker transformation, combining operational efficiency, AI enablement and operating model change. The position is primarily remote with occasional travel to London and reports to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end programme delivery, owning governance, plans, budgets and outcomes.
- Drive operational efficiency delivering clear cost and process benefits.
- Lead AI and automation initiatives and define the delivery roadmap.
- Simplify structures and redesign operating models.
- Engage senior stakeholders up to the Executive Committee and Board.
Required profile
- Insurance experience with a strong understanding of broking.
- Proven delivery of large‑scale transformation programmes.
- Strong track record in operational efficiency delivery.
- Operating model design experience.
- Benefits realisation (ROI) experience.
- Experience delivering AI or automation programmes.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
