Senior Project Manager – Optronics & Missile Electronics

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple complex projects within our Optronics & Missile Electronics division. You will own project outcomes, drive performance, and ensure delivery to the highest quality standards for our customers and business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams to achieve high‑quality results across all work packages.
• Establish and manage robust project baselines, schedules and financial forecasts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks, opportunities and change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure delivery excellence in terms of quality, cost, schedule and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven success delivering complex projects in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Strong leadership experience guiding diverse teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Advanced project management expertise including planning, risk, financial control and governance.
• Experience working across multi‑site or complex organisational structures.
• Security Clearance (SC) required – either held or obtainable before start.
