Senior Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to act as the client‑side lead for a multi‑award‑winning house builder in Essex. You will oversee a portfolio of residential blocks and estates, ensuring effective management by appointed agents and delivering cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage directly and indirectly managed residential properties across existing and future developments.
• Tender, evaluate and recommend managing agents for new projects.
• Collaborate with the Director and cross‑functional teams to optimise management costs.
• Ensure health & safety compliance, address maintenance issues, and oversee budgeting.
• Prepare accurate reports and complete all required paperwork.
• Proactively resolve management issues and add value to the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential block or estates management at a senior level.
• Ability to oversee and mentor junior staff or external agents.
• Relevant industry qualifications are desirable, though extensive experience may be sufficient.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000 per year.
