Senior Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a forward‑thinking, growing property business in Battersea. The role involves taking ownership of a substantial residential portfolio, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, and supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 200 properties.
• Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Oversee maintenance issues from initial report through to resolution.
• Ensure all properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety requirements.
• Conduct and review property inspections.
• Manage tenancy move‑outs, deposit negotiations and dispute referrals.
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to consistently achieve service standards.
• Support the continued growth and development of the property management function.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing residential property portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of property management processes and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
