Senior Protection Advisor (Remote)

About the role

Our client, a leading life brokerage, is seeking a Senior Protection Advisor to deliver telephone‑based advice on life and protection products. Working remotely, you will engage with a mix of hot leads, existing client reviews and fresh web‑generated enquiries, helping customers choose the right cover.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on a full range of protection products, with a focus on income protection.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into sales while maintaining compliance.
• Handle objections and rejection in a fast‑paced environment, using a consultative fact‑find approach.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall OTE of £60‑75k.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.

Required profile

• Holds R01 and R05 qualifications.
• Proven track record of at least two years in a phone‑based protection sales role.
• Demonstrable ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
• Can provide evidence of earnings/performance from a similar role.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £35,000‑£40,000 per year plus monthly bonus.
• Potential total earnings of £60,000‑£75,000 OTE.

• Flexible remote working with core hours 9:30‑19:00 Mon‑Thu, 9‑17 Fri.
